Fly & Flourishing is a New York City based, wellness haven that provides Reiki and energy healing services and experiences that support one being their highest and flyest version of themselves. Though based in the greater New York City area, we serve people all over the world. We believe that suffering doesn’t have to be a constant, we can heal and we can grow. Our focus is to increase exposure to ways that we as human beings can re-center ourselves, experience more inner peace, heal from traumas, losses and unwanted feelings and strength train the mind, body, and spirit.

Wellness isn’t a finite destination, it’s a lifestyle. Fly & Flourishing’s mission and purpose is to empower people to be in tune with themselves and get in the driver’s seat of their well being.
